Been awhile..again!
I am so out of habit, I am so sorry :) I also have to clean up my computer because it is so FULL of pictures and has no more room, so for me to upload my camera I have to clean it up!
Anyway, Jonah has graduated Grade 1, and Logan graduated from 4yr old playschool in June. Next year will be fun travelling back and forth to school, morning, noon and afternoon. I do count my many blessings as I can do that and am so very fortunate. My husband is a rock working his butt off every day for 12 hours! I may not like that he is not home with me before 5pm like other families but the trade off is I do not have to work outside the home away from our family. Speaking of me working, I have been antsy since not having the day home since 2008. I have been missing having something my own that I can be proud of and have felt very lost the last 2 years. I am so excited as I finally am able to get back to pursuing my Birth Doula business I began summer of 2008. I have launched my website and a facebook page. I have 1 client already due in the new year and had another meeting and hopefully more will start filtering in. I have advertisements on Kijiji, in local businesses and on Doulamatch.net.
If you haven't already checked out my website, check it out and I'd love to hear feedback to make it better. Thanks so much for checking in still even with my lack of posting :P

More pictures...lots of them...
In February Ben, Jonah & I went down to visit Brett.
We went bowling with 2 of his friends, Michelle and Ty. They are really nice friends of his!
Jonah and Brett bonding! Jonah made Brett sit with him in the back because he doesn't get to see him much anymore, he really misses his Uncle Brett!
Brett had issues with Animal when he was a little boy which Ben and I tormented him with. Keith & I bought him this shirt because it was so perfect!
It says "Want Woman!"
The First weekend in March we went to Banff for the weekend. Brett joined us there but we also drove by his place in Calgary on the way home. Alexis loves Harper the cat.
We stayed at the Banff Douglas fir resort which has an indoor mini water park and a kids play park inside. Here are the kids playing one night!
Our room from below. 2 beds upstairs and a playpen for Alexis where we slept and the uncles were in the living room wall bed.
At the end of March when it finally started to warm up and Jonah and I played in the front yard and I buried him.
This is an occasional after school special, where I give the kids whip cream shots in the mouth! When daddy's away we will play :)
Alexis loves to color ... she also LOVES her new rain boots! She wears them in the house, but now that they go outside I have to wash them a lot so she can wear them inside too.

The last few months...dedicated to Jen Fenton
I have been so lazy posting lately and I'm sure people don't check in anymore, except for Jen, and she is SO tired of seeing Jonah turned 7! lol :)
So here you go... These are some pics from the fall, more current pics to come soon, I promise....
All my kids walked after a year and I wasn't surprised Alexis followed suit.
I was sooo happy she started walking at the beginning of September, I didn't want to miss her first steps during the 3 week trial (sep20-Oct8th), I would have been choked is she did, but I'm sure my mother-in-law would have kept it to herself :)
He goes Mon & Wed mornings from 8:45-11:15am and it has been great for him. It's down the hall from his kindergarten class for next year and also, Jonah passes every day to go to music class!
My Great Aunt Lil from Hamilton came down during the trial in late September. I had so much support day in and day out, I will forever be grateful!
My brother-in-law Rob came from Toronto for the trial and was here for 2 weeks, the 3rd week ended up only being 1 day: the Verdict day, so he was here for everything else and Keith & I called him on our drive downtown the morning of the verdict because it felt very strange not having him in the van. He came with me every day! Keith had to work most days to keep the income coming for us, except for the days I really needed him there, like when I had to take the stand. Otherwise, Rob was my constant, and I am so grateful for him for that and now we have a bond not many people get to have with someone. He was a great ear and voice during our many breaks and walks to city center mall!
In October we took a trip to Jurassic Forest, north of the city. The kids had fun!
There are motorized dinosaurs in the forest. Here are the boys playing in the min dino playground they have.

Jonah turns 7!
We had quite a busy birthday weekend planned for Jonah. First in the morning he stopped at Uncle B's and Auntie Chrissy's where Abby & Zach & Uncle gave him his first Birthday present of the weekend, Uncle Steve, Auntie Sue, Alyssa & Sydney were there too and he got his 2nd gift of the birthday palooza weekend!! Then he had his school age friends birthday party at Kidz Quarterz. He had all friends his age there, no siblings even!
Then we drove Jonah to West ed where we went to Chapters and Jonah spent some birthday gift cards and met up with Uncle Ben & Brett (Who drove up from Calgary for Jonah). We then had supper at Old Spaghetti Factory in the mall with Mom/Dad, Logan, Alexis, Grandma/pa, Nana/Papa, Uncles, Aunty Sarah and Uncle Jeremy. After Supper we went to our ROOM for the night at the Fantasyland to open presents and eat leftover birthday cake from the morning with everybody from dinner. Then when everyone left we went walking around the mall just the 4 of us (Alexis went to Grandma's for the night), Daddy got a water massage thing and I took the boys to the candy store. We stayed out till the mall closed, got booster juice, saw the mall go to sleep. We went to our room to enjoy the massive hot tub before bed. The boys stayed up really late till 10:30pm!
On Sunday we got up and went for breakfast for buffet in the malls Cafe Europa. Then we went to the theater where Uncle Jeff had a theater for him to play video games in with his brother and Uncle Ben & Brett. After lunch Brett had to drive home and Ben came with us to the Waterpark for the afternoon. The kids had a blast and we forced them down some tube rides. They loved the waves and the cool big spray park, it seemed pretty new, at least in the last 4 years since we were last there. Then we took Jonah to Red Robin for supper as he had a free birthday meal sent to him in the mail and he was dying to use it!
Now we were at the end of it all, we went and picked up Alexis and Packer from Grandma & Grandpa's and headed home.
I'd say Jonah was spoiled and it was a very fun weekend for All!!
Alexis didn't stay the night but she wanted to break in Logan's bed
The boys had a view of Edmonton, Jonah said "I can see the whole world!"
Time for hot tub
Logan went to a birthday party for a friend from playschool and he got a beach ball in his loot bag so the boys had something to play with!
